Family Fun Nights – Wednesdays and Thursdays at The Turtle Back Zoo –Essex County Turtle Back Zoo has extended hours from 5:00-8:00pm on Wednesdays and Thursdays through August 30th. Enjoy the Zoo when the summer temperatures are cooler and the workday is over. Paid admission is required to enter the Zoo each evening.
On Wednesdays, enjoy Zoo-vies! After playing late at the Zoo, enjoy blockbuster movies under the stars on the rooftop of the parking deck. Admission is free. Zoo admission is not required to participate. Bring your own chair. Films begin at dusk.

Elm+Art Artist Meet & Greet – To enhance the artistic food and beverage experience at End of Elm, a local curator will showcase a rotating exhibit of artwork from around the world. Come to the official meet and greet to kick off the series at End of Elm on Saturday, September 1 at 6:00pm.
Dance on the Lawn 2018 – DOTL will feature performances by more than 13 NY and NJ dance companies and schools. DOTL offers Montclair residents and neighboring communities a sneak peek at emerging and established artists from NJ & the NY area. St. Luke’s Episcopal Church Saturday, September 8 3:00pm
5th Annual Heroes for Children 5K Run and Family Fun Run/Walk – Join your neighbors, community and friends for a fun-filled day to help raise awareness about child abuse and neglect in New Jersey. Learn about how local Children’s Advocacy Centers (CACs) and Multidisciplinary Teams (MDTs) make a difference in a child’s life. Superhero costumes are encouraged! PlayDay South Orange: Come Play in the Street! – PlayDay South Orange features more than 10 play areas, including board games, basketball, radio controlled cars and rope jumping.
