The neighborhood where 81 Midland Blvd. is located is a quiet area in Maplewood. Homes in this area are primarily made up of small to medium (1-4 bedrooms) sized Bungalows, Capes and Colonials. Many of the homes are relatively historic and were built before 1939. In some cases, they were built quite a bit earlier. A number of residences were also built between 1940 and 1969.
