My fiancé and I recently purchased our first home in December. Our first introduction to Allison and Myrial was through Allison’s website. After signing up for her daily emails, we were able to get daily lists of houses in our budget and areas in which we were looking to buy. As first time homebuyers we had a million questions. Myrial, Allison’s colleague, answered every question we had quickly, professionally, with research, and without talking down to us. On our days which we scheduled visits, Myrial planned everything out beforehand and even picked us up and drove us to the showings. We were moving from Jersey City and didn’t have a car, so this was essential. During the showings Myrial gave us our space to see the house and form our own opinions. She was not overbearing which was great. After we formed our opinions, she provided us with her expert advice and opinions which were always helpful. The final thing which really set Allison and Myrial apart was the network of professionals Allison has developed over her years of experience. We used her network for our mortgage lender, our home insurance provider as well as our attorney. Because of how hard everyone worked, we were able to close in a little more than one month. We were so lucky to have the team of Allison and Myrial on our side during this process, and I would strongly recommend them to anyone.
