“My husband and I just closed on a home in West Orange NJ, without Allison Ziefert it would likely not have happened. Both my husband and I are truly impressed with Allison, and would recommend her to anyone in need of a great realtor. The house was new to the market and our offer was below list price and at Allison’s suggestion we requested a decommissioned tank removed as part of the offer. Then the process of getting to closing began….we had to deal with a traveling seller, a seller’s attorney who did not know NJ law, a seller’s agent who was not available, our attorney who worked part time, the town of West Orange and oh yes, Hurricane Sandy! who arrived just in time to delay the removal of the oil tank and put the closing date in jeopardy. Through all the delays and mayhem Allison keep on course, with an eye focused on our need to close on time. One day before closing there was a major delay in getting a COO that could delay us by three weeks, Allison kept her cool and worked her connections to pull of the impossible….she obtained the COO the morning of closing, and we closed ON TIME.
