KW Agent unit chartI am truly excited about 2014. I predict the market is going to be bustling this year in NJ real estate. Last week I showed a fixer upper the Montrose section of S. Orange to a couple of buyers. It came on the market last Monday and by this Monday they had 7 offers on it. I was showing a house in Short Hills over the weekend. It had previously been listed and not sold. It came back on the market at the end of last week and had 20 plus showings over the weekend. Inventory is still very low and mortgage rates remain attractive- so the seller’s market should continue for the foreseeable future.

Here are some milestones that I reached last year…My business expanded from representing “regular” buyers and sellers to investors and developers as well. I was ranked among the top agents in my office last year and was the #2 agent in the Keller Williams Tri-State region for units sold in 2013.  I joined the leadership team at my office and will be coordinating its community outreach. Keller Williams Mid-Town Direct Realty became the #1 brokerage in Maplewood/S. Orange representing more sellers and buyers in these towns than any other company. Thank you, thank you, thank you for making 2013 my best year ever!

My business goals for 2014 are to continue to support community organizations and events like the Achieve Foundation, Community Coalition, Maplewood Village Alliance and Maplewoodstock and to refine my use of video, social media and the internet to reach clients. Most of all I plan to stay in touch with you and be your “go to” source for real estate information.
