Bickford Summer JazzFest – The Bickford Theatre in Morristown will combine great jazz with some of the region’s best food trucks on-site before each concert. Different food trucks will be featured so that both ticket holders and the general public can picnic on the beautiful Morris Museum grounds or tailgate in the spacious parking area from 5:30 to 7:30 on festival nights.

SOPAC and the Light Opera of New Jersey presents The Hunchback of Notre Dame – Based on Victor’s Hugo’s classic 1831 novel and songs from Disney’s 1996 animated feature, this musical is a “lushly scored retelling of this epic story of love, acceptance and what it means to be a hero.” – Musical Theatre International Friday, July 13 – Sunday, July 22 (Six performances!)
Carriage to Car Day at METC – The Museum of Early Trades and Crafts is excited to host a special outdoor event, Carriage to Car, that will offer an up close experience with both carriages and early automobiles.
Our Carriage to Car event will appeal to families, car enthusiasts and history buffs and will showcase at least two historic Stanley Steamer automobiles from 1899 and early 1900’s and a 19th century carriage–without the horses!! There will be food, games and other activities for all, and the museum will be open for guided tours. Green Village Road in front of METC Saturday, July 14 1:00 – 4:00PM
Maplewoodstock 2018 – Maplewoodstock is an annual celebration of community, music and art held every July. The 15th Annual Maplewoodstock Music and Arts Festival will be held on Saturday, July 14, and Sunday, July 15, 2018, from noon until 10:00PM each day. This free, two-day, live music and arts event will be held at Memorial Park, Maplewood, NJ — directly opposite Maplewood’s NJ Transit train station.
Shakespeare Theatre of New Jersey Presents: “Titus Andronicus” – July 18-August 5: This unsettling portrait of a society drowning in violence and lacking in civil thought or action holds a disturbing resemblance to aspects of our current world. Times and prices vary.
Meet the Author Lucy Tan “What We Were Promised” – Join us as Lucy, a former Livingston resident, discusses her experiences writing her first novel, life as a young writer, & the story behind the book.
