Has your summer been relaxing? For me summer is a crazy mix of different schedules. It seems like every week one of my kids is off to do something different with lots and lots of laundry in between.
Meanwhile, the real estate market hasn’t taken much of a summer vacation. Despite some ups and downs with interest rates buyers are still out there and new listings are still coming on the market. I was ranked #5 in my office last week and that was pretty exciting for me. I am driven to earn excellent recommendations from my clients. Here is one I just got today:
Allison is amazing. She is thorough and she knows the market. She could speak to us about what it would be like to live in the town (we were relocating from Manhattan) and she could speak to us about trends in the real estate market as well as what she thought interest rates might do. She is thorough, honest, kind, and easy to work with. Allison took the time to get to know us and she was as invested in finding us the right house for us as we were. She showed us beautiful homes, in our price range, that we would enjoy living in – not just “whatever popped up on the market” and there was never pressure to buy. When we got serious about a house, she sat down with us and we really talked about how we’d use the house, if this was THE home for us. Honestly, I can’t say enough good things about Allison. My husband and I love our new house but, home buying can be stressful, especially in a competitive market but, we both agree, the absolute best part of the entire process was working with Allison and I think that attests to the quality of service she offers. Allison is the best.
