I’m taking off for Dallas for my first Keller Williams Family Reunion, a company-wide convention. I am excited to come back full of new information and to eat some real BBQ. This will also be my first big exposure to the KW culture. One thing that is really different about Keller Williams is its focus on “giving”. Our corporate culture is all about it both inside and outside of the office. We are encouraged to do good things for the communities we work in, to support our fellow agents professionally and personally and to have the utmost integrity and a win-win philosophy when we conduct business. For me I am finding that giving to my clients is personally and professionally rewarding. I love the process of getting to know and understand them and helping them to achieve their real estate goals. Also, this has been a key element in building my business. Service counts and people know good service when they get it.
