There were 22 properties sold in February 2020 in Maplewood, 1 more than in February of last year. The average sale price was $499,655, 4.95% higher than in the same month in 2019. Sold homes closed at an average of 100.11% of list price (essentially flat versus February 2019) and were on the market for an average of 59 days, which is 7 days longer than last year at this time. Sold homes closed at an average of 101.85% of list price (an increase of 2.23% from 2019) and were on the market for an average of 46 days, 19 days longer than the same time last year.
