The Allison Ziefert Real Estate Group is happy to announce that we will be sponsoring the Interfaith Hospitality Network of Essex County’s (IHN) annual fundraising breakfast on October 17th at Mayfair Farms in West Orange. The mission of IHN, a non-profit organization that helps homeless families in Essex County, is to provide shelter and housing services to needy families in Essex County through counseling and guidance to address the issues that led to their homelessness.
The breakfast, themed A Journey Home, will take place from 9 – 10am with more than 350 business owners, religious leaders, influential residents and officials from Essex County attending. It will feature speakers from IHN and its board of directors, as well as a family that journeyed from homelessness to their own home. The fundraising goal for the breakfast is $250,000 in pledges and gifts, and the proceeds from this event will go to help families in Essex County who are experiencing the effects of homelessness and poverty.
