I can not imagine a more professional, knowledgeable, honest and thoughtful real estate agent than Allison. She completely puts the client first, rather than trying to push a sale. She asked the right questions to get a specific feel for what we wanted in terms of location, price, style and timeline. She then delivered in all of those departments. As other reviewers have stated, Allison pays detailed attention to market data in each town where she specializes and knows each block. I learned a lot from studying her monthly market reports on Montclair sales data, trends etc. We would not have been able to purchase this house without her knowledge of the area and sense for the home’s actual market value. Even with a difficult seller, Allison expertly negotiated each aspect of the transaction to favorable terms.
