First time home buyers, WONDERFUL EXPERIENCE. Jaime was everything we wanted in buyer’s agent and more. For starters, when we began looking at houses we only knew of Maplewood and thought we wanted to live there but Jaime was knowledgeable and informed us of the surrounding towns. Then she went through the home buying process with us. Took over an hour but she was patient, kind, and understanding that we were clueless coming into it. On our first weekend seeing open houses she responded to all our text questions right away and then we had a debrief on Sunday evening and discussed potential offers. The fact that she was willing to hop on a call on a Sunday night was just one example of how personal the experience was. When we made an offer she offered a lot of expertise in what we should offer and how to best negotiate. I believe we got our house at a great price and that was in no small part thanks to Jaime. Overall, my husband and I could not be happier with the experience. We would recommend Jaime to anybody who asks.
