Working with Kelly was an unexpected delight. In my past experience, looking to buy or rent a home is a grueling and humbling process. Not this time. Not only were we looking to rent for the first time in over a decade, we were moving to a different state, and to a neighborhood with a challenging rental market. Throw in that we weren’t totally sure what we were looking for, and that we changed our plan halfway through our search. Kelly zigged and zagged as needed, and consistently lent her support, guidance, and experience all the way through. Not to mention, her follow-up skills are beyond reproach. In the end she helped us find an amazing unicorn of a place that ended up being the perfect solution for our needs. 100% would recommend!
