We had an incredible experience buying a home in Essex County with the guidance of Ginge. We’ve bought other homes in the past, so we were able to compare this experience to past ones. None can compare. We were in a crunch time wise given that I was 5 months pregnant when we started looking, which happened to also be during the time when there was a massive exodus out of NYC to the suburbs. Ginge and her team made the process painless and smooth. She was patient with us even after seeing numerous homes that weren’t the ideal fit for us and our family. She’s extremely communicative, keeping us quickly abreast of new developments during the search process, as well as once we found our home. She’s also a master connector, helping us secure a lawyer, inspectors, contractors, the works…each one being top notch in caliber. All in all, we were able to find a beautiful home that is perfect for us, before baby came, for a great price point and under budget (even during a pandemic + exodus!) in an excellent neighborhood we’re excited to call home.
