We had the difficult task of trying to buy a home in South Orange from California, working full time during the time of COVID and caring for our young son while school was closed! Ginge and Allison were amazing at being available at different times, always volunteering to FaceTime and sending houses they thought we would be interested in. They have helped navigate the walkthrough, organize and coordinate with lawyers, sellers, lenders, and closing coordinators. We are very appreciative of this mostly painless process! They have also gone above and beyond by recommending contractors, landscapers and even gave us a comprehensive list of preschools in the area. We can’t wait to finally meet them in person!
